HERBS: The use of herbs in metaphysical practice is essential. They are of the earth and each hold a specific property much needed in use for charm pouches, medicine bags and to pull together energies of like items used in rituals.Herbs accent well but heighten the properties of oils. I personally never blend oils or make a pouch without adding herbs. HOLISTIC HEALING:I have included the healing properties of the herbs in my listing. I do not recommend anyone using the herbs for holistic healing unless you consult either your physician or a Doctor of Holistic Medicine and I am not one. I do know that herbs are very powerful in healing but taken in the wrong dosage could make you sick.There are some I would not even attempt to consume because being a country girl was always taught belladonna, buckeyes and mandrake were poison and stay away.So where I practice herbal healing some I am not an expert on this by no means.But because I don't want you to feel like you have read this and not learned anything new. I will tell you a safe cure I have always done for a bladder infection, that has always worked for me and anyone I have told to try it. At the onset of a bladder infection make a soup out of onions and celery. Take 3 cups of water a whole medium onion without the skin of course and chop it up and 2 celery stalks and dice it up. Just boil it until the onions and celery are very soft but not quite dissolved. You don't have to eat it all in one sitting but eat it all within a few hours.You won't find onions and celery here, but it's something that I wanted to share, being it could save you a lot of pain and money.
