USING OILS: Oils are one of the most powerful tools in metaphysical practices.They can be used with most anything in your ritual to make it more powerful. You can annoint doorways for protection, crystals for more powerful energies, candles for more powerful prayers,rituals or spells.Parchment paper containing your written prayers, chants or charms. The list is almost endless. METAPHYSICAL PRACTICE: Here is what I say... Do what you feel you need to. Let your inner spirit guide you. What may be right for me may not be right for you. You contain the power of you. Not me or anyone else the only way anything will ever work for you in metaphysical practices is for you to listen to what your inner spirit is guiding you to do. Have confidence in yourself and believe in yourself and the way will be shown.I get ask many questions after I instruct someone with the basics on what they could do for what they are wanting to accomplish. Many people call or return asking questions like, what should I do with the left over candle wax, should I put it in my pouch I put together? Great question and I say yes! Why? Because that person was guided to do that on their own I didn't instruct them to do that they felt the need to do it theirself, so you don't have to ask if you have a question like this or similar one I say do it! That is your inner spirit guiding you. The key to metaphysical practices is knowing the right items to use for what you are trying to achieve then what you feel is right for you to use or what you are most drawn to or comfortable using is what you need to do. Make it simple, you can over do and lose your concentration in the process and it will flop. Like making gravy, if you get pulled away and stop stirring it gets lumpy, if you forget if you added the salt and add more it's too salty. Your gravy didn't turn out, it flopped because you were not concentrating on the outcome. *** IMPORTANT...Never ingest the oils they are for external use only.
